What if I want a smaller/bigger size that isn't available?

The Binikini Team is always here to help. If you'd like to request for another size, we'd love to help you with this. Please send us an email so we can talk about it!

 

Can I mix and match?

Absolutely! We are now selling our tops and bottoms separately so you can choose any color, design, or size to fit your preferences and personal style.

 

The product I want is out of stock. When can I expect a restock?

You can easily click the Notify Me button on a sold out item to be the first to know when it's back in stock!

There was a mistake with my order, how do I fix it?

No problem! All you have to do is send us an email or send us a message on Instagram. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes! You can request an exchange by sending us an email or message. Make sure the item you want to exchange is in brand new condition meaning it has not been used or damaged, and tags should be intact.

Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by the customer. Send us a message to learn more.

If you received the wrong order or damaged goods, please send us an email or send us a message on Instagram immediately so we can help you. Feel free to read our Refund Policy for more details.

  

Do you have a Cash On Delivery (COD) option?

Yes! Just select Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment option when you checkout.

 

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the processing of your order before we can ship it out. In case of any delays due to sales events, holidays, weather conditions, or lockdowns, you will be notified via email.

Delivery via our shipping partner Gogo Xpress takes 1-3 days for Metro Manila and 5-7 days for Provincial. Please note that any delays on the courier's side is beyond our control.

 

Can you do Same-Day Delivery?

We can accommodate same-day delivery requests for customers within Metro Manila. The Same-Day Delivery option is now available to customers in Metro Manila at checkout. This is subject to our team's availability. Send us a message on Instagram to find out if your order will be sent out on the day or the day after.
